Vichy Aqualia Thermal Cream claims to provide 24 hours of continuous hydration, but yet is non-greasy and non-sticky. Can’t wait to try this paraben-free moisturizer!

Mark Cosmetics Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint in Peachy

• A natural peach/coral color
• Gives off a dewy look
• Shimmer-free
• Easy to use - blend the cheek tint with my fingers
• Affordable at $8
• No reactions so far on my sensitive skin - I’ve had bad reaction to NARS Multiple
• The only down side is the staying power. It disappears after about 3 hours.

I would recommend to those that want to try an affordable cream blush.

I have been using this acne spray treatment for over a month - using it every night after shower. My back acne is pretty bad so I was hoping for a miracle product. Sadly, this acne spray treatment disappoints. Mark Cosmetics claims that the apple and cinnamon extracts will help treat acne and prevent new acne from forming. But those claims are unfounded. The 2% salicylic acid is not “strong” enough. The only good thing about this product is the pump which allows for the bottle to be sprayed upside down. What a convenient packaging! At 4 fl oz for $12, it would have been a good value for money if only it worked.

The Free and the Fugal: Lip Balms/Tints!

I love lip balms. They were probably the best invention in the world for my really chapped lips. When my lips are dry, they begin to to hurt really badly and I have to have it in all my purses and makeup bags. Here are some of the lip balms that I have tried and how I do or do not like them…

1) Rosebud Strawberry Lip Balm and Moisturizer

It depends on your skin tone. The Dior BB Cream works better on medium skin tones, while Asian BB creams tend to lean toward those with fairer skin. Right now, I prefer Dior BB Cream because it does not feel as thick and blends in well with my skin tone (reference I’m NC 30-35).

Asian BB Creams are not necessarily expensive. They usually retail for USD $20-30 online. The prices are inflated for foreign market but it is still affordable. Make sure you shop around for a good price and buy from a reputable seller.

Sheet mask review! Particularly, My Beauty Diary Earl Grey & Macaron mask :D. It sounds so cute! Actually, the name and the packaging were the things that attracted me the most! It is a purifying mask, but this effect is not as noticeable as it should be. On the other hand, it is incredibly moisturizing, and leaves my complexion radiant - not an inmediate effect, though! It is visible overnight :D

I use this after cleansing my face (and scrubbing if I need it). When I put it on - for 20 minutes - at first I massage it so I am not leaving any bubbles below it, and in order for the serum to be better absorbed. When I remove it, I massage again spreading some serum to the neck, and when it’s fully absorbed, I apply my toner and then a moisturizer. Easy!

I really love this because it is very gentle on the skin and it is effective. It smells very nice, and the mask sticks to the skin as it should :). The only thing is that I need to break it a little bit around my nose in order to have the perfect fit!

Beware of fakes! This brand has become so popular that there are loads of companies trying to fake them :( I found a pic on google for you to differenciate the original from the copy. I’m happy that the ones at YesStyle are original! :D
