Aloe Moistfull Mask Sheet

Enriched with Baobab Tree extracts and Organic Aloe, this essence mask sheet provides refreshing and comforting hydration to dry, irritated face.

Directions: Apply mask sheet to cleansed faced and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove mask and massage remaining solution into skin with hands. Recommended interval for mask application is every 2-3 days for maximum efficacy.

My skin was feeling tight and dry today so I decided to try this Aloe Moistfull Sheet Mask that was given to me as sample during my last Etude Haul. The sheet mask did not have a protective plastic layer. When I placed the mask on my face, I found that the eye and nose area did not fit well, compared to My Beauty Diary face mask. The eye area came too close to my inner eyes area. And the mask did not adequately cover my nose area.

When I removed it from the pouch, it was full of essence. I left it on for 30 minutes like usual. When I used My Beauty Diary sheet mask, it will still be full of essence even after 40 minutes. But with Etude House Aloe Moistfull sheet mask, 70% of the essence has dried up.

I massaged the remaining essence after removing the mask. What I have to comment on the essence is that it leaves somewhat of a sticky residue. It is moisturizing, but creates some sort of protective layer. It does not absorb as well as My Beauty Diary mask.

I don’t think I will buy Etude House Moistfull Aloe sheet mask. I will rather stick to My Beauty Diary sheet mask. Because I dislike the sticky residue Moistfull Aloe mask leaves.

Overall, Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturing Cleansing Oil is a decent product and I will re-purchase it.

Clinique’s medicated troubleshooter with benzoyl peroxide helps clear stubborn, recurring pimples, blemishes. Unclogs pores, controls oil, visibly reduces redness.

I started using a sample size of this product. Putting it in my travel makeup bag to use whenever a pimple unexpectedly pops out. I’ve only been using it for a week. So far, I can say it is not as strong as Mario Badescu drying lotion. But it is for day use, so that might be a reason. I will continue using it and let you, BeautyBright readers, know whether it is worth the USD $17 price tag.

Bought this mascara because of a recommendation from a friend. So far, it works well. It is truly waterproof and does not smudge to my lower eyelids. I have had some problems with waterproof or smudge proof mascara. For example, Maybelline waterproof mascaras smudge on me.

YSL Volume Effect Faux Cils gives my short & sparse Asian lashes volume and length. Just two coats is enough to intensify my lashes. I can tell the difference when I wear this mascara. My eyes look more open. I like it better than my other favorite high-end mascara, DiorShow Iconic.

The only thing bad I can say about it is that if you apply too many coats, it will be come clumpy.

Even though it is pricy @ USD $30, I will buy it again.

I received a sample of Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cream during my haul in December. But only used it recently on my trip to Shanghai. The weather in Shanghai was cooler with the spring breeze in full speed. As a result, my skin became tight and dry. I used Moistfull Collagen Cream at night and my skin felt hydrated. It left my skin feeling soft & supple. Its moisturizing properties is wonderful.

The texture of the cream is lightweight, and almost gel-like. The cream absorbs almost instantly into the skin. Even though I used the cream at night, I believe that this product is suitable for daytime use as well. It does not leave any residue, does not feel sticky, or oily.

My skin has been very sensitive to skincare products recently. But this did not trigger any adverse reactions on my skin. (FYI, I used it for 5 days while on the trip).

I like this product so much and can’t wait to buy the full-sized version. I don’t know how much it retails for in Singapore but I will definitely add this to my skincare routine.
